The
Auto Mechanics program utilizes a complete and working shop as its main
teaching tool. The instructor also uses mock-ups and work stations along
with instructional videos, and workbooks.
A successful student can achieve the following skill levels: Service Apprentice, Air Conditioning Technician, Brake Technician, Suspension Technician, Driveability Technician, and Auto Repair Technician. Safety and the proper way to use the tools of the trade are also part of a completed program.
